Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be made through my booking link ONLY. A 24 hour notice to cancel a reservation is required. If the 24 hour notice is not given, the card on file will be charged 50% of the services booked. Any cancellations made same day and “no shows” will be charged 100% of the services booked. Multiple cancellations will result in unable to rebook without a 100% non refundable deposit for the services being reserved or put on a waitlist. Thank you for understanding!
